On 22 May 2009, Pan Pacific Aggregates PLC (the "Company") received notification that, as a result of a disposal of 6,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 20 May 2009, Columbia National Investments Ltd has a beneficial interest in 51,100,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately 9.2 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share capital, immediately following the placing announced earlier today.
