Gold Oil, the AIM-listed oil and gas exploration and production company, (AIM: GOO), with a primary focus on opportunities in Latin America, has beeninformed by Mr. I Parvizi that as of 27 April 2012 he no longer had a notifiable interest in the Company.

The Company also announces that it was informed on 27 April 2012 that Mrs. J Parvizi had a notifiable interest in 140,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing approximately 15.7% of the issued share capital.
