Wednesday, 1 October 2008 - NETELLER Plc (LSE: NLR), received notification on 1 October 2008 that on 29 September 2008 Morgan Stanley Securities Limited ("MSSL") disposed of an interest in the shares with the result that MSSL, and the group companies which are direct and indirect holding companies of MSSL, no longer hold a notifiable interest in the shares in the Company.
As at 30 September 2008, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
