The Numis Employee Share Trust ("the Trust") heldthese shares. The options were at an average exercise price of 47.6p per share.Subsequently, today, the Trust disposed of 725,500 (0.71%) Numis shares at anaverage price of 47.6p per share to discretionary trusts established by thoseemployees.
