Empresaria Group PLC26 July 2006 Empresaria Group plc (the "Company") HOLDINGS IN COMPANY The Company received notification on 25 July 2006 from Caledonia Investments plc("Caledonia") that following the acquisition of 500,000 ordinary shares of 5peach ("Ordinary Shares") on 24 July, Caledonia now hold 13.47% of the Company'sissued share capital. All of the Ordinary Shares will be registered in the nameof Caledonia Investments plc. By virtue of the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act 1985, The CayzerTrust Company Limited ("Cayzer Trust"), a substantial shareholder in Caledonia,is also deemed to be interested in the above mentioned shares.
