Purchase of Treatt Plc shares by the Treatt Employee Benefit Trust
The Treatt Employee Benefit Trust ('Treatt EBT') has purchased the following Treatt ordinary shares:

20 March 2012 15,000 390p
Following these transactions, the Treatt EBT holds a total of 302,839 shares, representing 2.89% of Treatt's issued ordinary share capital.
The shares held by the Treatt EBT are held for the beneficiaries who include, inter alia, directors and employees of Treatt and its subsidiaries. Therefore, the executive directors, being potential beneficiaries of the Treatt EBT, are interested in the Treatt shares acquired by the Treatt EBT and not allocated. The directors concerned are Hugo William Bovill, Anita Jane Haines and Richard Andrew Hope.
This notification is made in accordance with Rule 3.1.4 (1) (a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
