Further to the announcement released today at 9.38am regarding the shareholding of BlackRock UK Smaller Companies Fund, the Company has also been advised that BlackRock, Inc. has an indirect shareholding in 1,958,000 ordinary shares, representing 9.90% of the issued share capital of the Company, held through BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited. This indirect shareholding includes the 1,958,000 shares held by BlackRock UK Smaller Companies Fund, as previously disclosed in today's earlier announcement.
