Disclosure of Interests in Shares under the Transparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure and Transparency Rules) Instrument 2006
M&G High Income Investment Trust P.L.C. (M&G HIT) announces that it has today been informed that Prudential plc and certain of its subsidiaries are interested in 71,016,446 M&G HIT Income shares representing 52.48% of the issued capital of Income shares and 71,016,446 M&G HIT Capital shares representing 52.48% of the issued capital of Capital shares. These shares are held within Income & Growth Units and Package Units on behalf of M&G ISA account holders.
