The Company was notified on 18 December 2008 by Safeguard Management Limited (as successor to CA Fiduciary Services Limited) as Trustee of The Timis Trust that following a disposal of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 December 2008, it had an interest in 25,279,887 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 11.94% per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
The Company was notified on 19 December 2008 by Safeguard Management Limited (as successor to CA Fiduciary Services Limited) as Trustee of The Timis Trust that following a purchase of Ordinary Shares on 19 December 2008, it has an interest in 34,631,881 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 16.36% per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
