Gable received notification on 12 December pursuant to the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules that, as a result of recent purchases, Helium Special Situations Fund is now interested in 21,065,000 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 18.77 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
