Holding in Company
The Company received notification on 20 May 2010 from Sherman Capital Group LLC ("Sherman") that on 18 May 2010 it increased its holding by 1,950,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
Sherman now has an interest in 3,653,578 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.92 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued ordinary share capital.
The Company's enlarged issued share capital comprises 74,217,859 ordinary shares of 1 penny each.
