The Company was notified on 6 January 2010 by Morgan Stanley (Institutional Securities Group and Global Wealth Management) that under the Financial Services Authority UK Transparency and Disclosure Rules they have a notifiable interest in 8,596,693 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company representing 2.97% of the issued share capital of the Company, on the basis of an issued share capital of 289,216,948 ordinary shares of no par value having voting rights.
