Holdings in Company

The Company was notified on 15 June 2011 that on 14 June 2011, Landsdowne Partners Limited and certain of its affiliates, increased its holdings in the Company to 82,627,042 ordinary shares as a result of its participation in the Placing that was approved at the Company's EGM.

Following this acquisition, Lansdowne is now interested in ordinary shares representing 11.51 per cent of the total voting rights attached to the issued share capital of the Company, being 717,900,708 ordinary shares.
