Torex Retail PLC23 February 2007 Torex Retail plc (the "Company") Holding in Company Further to the announcement made on 16 February 2007, and following additionalenquiries made by the Company, the Company has been further informed by BrahmanCapital Corp. ("Brahman") that the sales made by Brahman that resulted in themno longer having a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of theCompany occurred in November 2006.
