On 26 November 2009, the Company received notification that, following the acquisition of Sapphire Primary Care Developments ("SPCD") and the placing of 2,387,000 shares announced on 20 November 2009, Invesco Perpetual now has increased its interest to 12,600,000 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company, representing approximately 22.6 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
Following the acquisition of SPCD and the placing of 2,387,000 shares announced on 20 November 2009, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 55,689,755.
