cScape Group plc (AIM:CSC) announces that it was notified on 19 February 2010 that, as at that date, Mr W B Heden held 370,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 3.27 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Further, the Company was notified on 22 February 2010 that, as at that date, James Andrews, a former director of the Company, continues to hold 341,077 Ordinary Shares representing 3.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
