Princess Private Equity Holding Limited: Disclosure according to article 26,
section 1 WpHG (Securities Trading Act)
Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd received the following Voting Rights notifications according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG on February 21, 2013.
(1) On February 21, 2013, Abrams Capital, LLC, Boston, Massachusetts, USA has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd., St. Peter Port, Guernsey, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 12, 2013 and on that day amounted to 2.98% (this corresponds to 2,072,008 Voting Rights). All of the voting rights are to be attributed to Abrams Capital, LLC pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG. The attribution occurs via Abrams Capital Partners II, L.P., Boston, Massachusetts, USA, whose proportion of voting rights in Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd. previously exceeded 3%.
(2) On February 21, 2013, Abrams Capital Partners II, L.P., Boston, Massachusetts, USA has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1, Sentence 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd., St. Peter Port, Guernsey, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 12, 2013 and on that day amounted to 2.65% (this corresponds to 1,839,693 Voting Rights).
