Netcall PLC14 February 2007 Netcall plc ("Netcall" or "the Company") Holdings in Company Netcall plc was notified by letter dated 13 February 2007 by Gartmore InvestmentLimited (GIL), Gartmore Fund Managers Limited (GFM) and Gartmore Global Partners(GGP) that they have increased their interest in the Company following apurchase of 550,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("OrdinaryShares") on 12 February 2007. This includes 50,000 Ordinary Shares which were purchased on behalf of BNY GILCLT A/C NOMS LTD A/C LST, which now holds 2,416,778 Ordinary Shares,representing 3.66% of the Company's issued share capital.
