TPJ was informed on 4 October 2013 that on 1 October 2013, Alan John Fairless purchased 3,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Following this transaction, Mr. Fairless holds 15,000,000 Ordinary Shares on trust for two of his children representing 4.1 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company.
