Fusion IP plc (AIM: FIP), the university IP commercialisation company that turns world class university research into business, was informed on 4 December 2009 that as a result of the recent issue of equity in Fusion IP, Aviva plc no longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary share capital of the company.
Fusion IP was also informed on 7 December 2009 that as a result of the recent issue of equity in the Company, Invesco Limited has an interest in 5,410,363 ordinary shares representing 9.97 % of the issued share capital of the company.
