Holding in Company
The Company received notification on 11 May 2010 from Sapfi Kapital Management GmbH ("Sapfi") that it has acquired 1,379,642 ordinary shares in the Company.
Sapfi now has an interest in 5,555,742 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.66 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
The Company's issued share capital comprises 72,514,281 ordinary shares of 1 penny each.
