Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that it has been notified of misstatements in the shareholdings of Kibbutz Amiad Agricultural Cooperative Society Ltd. (the "Kibbutz") that were stated in the Company's 'Holdings in Company' announcement on 30 January 2017.

The correct shareholdings of the Kibbutz in Amiad are as follows:

· A direct interest in 680,200 ordinary shares (not 680,000 ordinary shares as previously stated).

· An indirect interest in 10,298,987 ordinary shares (not 10,298,187 ordinary shares as previously stated), which are held by A.M.SI. Investments (1997) Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of HaChoshlim Foundation - Agriculture Cooperative Society for Business Ltd., which is an affiliate of the Kibbutz.

As a result, through its direct and indirect holdings, the Kibbutz has an interest in 10,979,187 ordinary shares (not 10,978,187 as previously stated), with its percentage of the issued share capital of the Company remaining unchanged at 48.4%.
