LPA announces that it was notified on 18 November 2011 that, as of 17 November 2011, Andrew Perloff, a substantial shareholder in the Company, has disposed of 210,000 ordinary shares and is now interested in 1,760,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 15.37 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
