Viridas (AIM:VIR) announces that it has been notified that following admission of 420,000,000 new ordinary shares, as announced on 17 May 2011, Mr Ronald Bruce Rowan holds a beneficial interest of 100,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company, representing 22.08 per cent. of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
