LPA announces that it was notified on 31 January 2012 that Andrew Perloff, a significant shareholder in the Company, has disposed of a total of 160,000 ordinary shares and is now interested in 1,600,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 13.80 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
