Ambrian Capital plc received notification on 5 October 2010 from MWB Limited that, following the purchase 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares on 4 October 2010, MWB Limited now has an interest in 8,303,149 Ordinary Shares representing 7.77% of the total voting rights of the Company.
