Infonic PLC17 January 2008 For Immediate Release 17 January 2008 Infonic plc ("Infonic" or "the Company") Shareholding in the Company The Company was notified on 31st December 2007 that following the issue of newordinary shares, as announced on 4th December 2007, Legal & General Group plc,through its subsidiary Legal & General (Unit Trust Managers) Limited increasedits indirect interest to 11,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representingmore than 5% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
