The Company announces that on 6 February 2015, it received notification that John Frenkel sold 3,040,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 4.76% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following this transaction, John Frenkel remains beneficially interested in 485,352 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.76% of the issued share capital of the Company.
