Asian Citrus was notified on 4 January 2011 that Wellington Management Company, LLP bought 89,000 ordinary shares at average price of HK$9.599 (equivalent to 79.96 pence) on 3 January 2011.

Following the transaction, Wellington Management Company, LLP now holds 52,729,555 ordinary shares representing 4.35% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
