Parity (AIM:PTY), the UK information technology services group, was yesterday notified that on 16 November 2015, Mrs Paula Swinstead, the wife of Philip Swinstead, formerly Executive Chairman of the Group, had acquired 850,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 9.9 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, Philip Swinstead's total interest in the Group (including that of his spouse) has increased by 850,000 Ordinary Shares and is now 14,145,215 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 13.9% of the issued share capital of the Group.
