The Company has been informed that on 7 March 2008 Liverpool purchased 1,424,533Ordinary Shares and Elliott International purchased 2,136,800 Ordinary Shares(the "Purchase"). Canon's Court 22 Victoria Street Hamilton HM12, Bermuda Immediately following the Purchase, Elliott International and Liverpool held anaggregate of 19,128,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, and the Purchase hasincreased the aggregate holding of Elliott International and Liverpool beyondthe threshold of 28 percent of the voting rights in the Company. In accordance with 5.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, ElliottInternational and Liverpool are hereby notifying the Company that immediatelyafter the time when the obligation to make this notification arose, theiraggregate holding of voting rights in the Company was 19,128,000, representing28.63% of the voting rights in the Company.
