MITIE Group PLC04 May 2006 MITIE Group PLC ("MITIE") Notification of substantial shareholding On 3 May 2006, MITIE received notification that FMR Corp. and FidelityInternational Limited and their direct and indirect subsidiaries have notifiablenon-beneficial interests in 43,775,764 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each in MITIE,which represents 14.18% of the issued share capital of MITIE. This is anincrease of 1,278,408 shares in their holding since their last notification.
