Further to the announcement dated 5 August 2013, the Company has become aware that UBS AG holds 1,520,000 ordinary shares representing 7.4% of the issued share capital of the Company. The holding split between UBS Luxembourg S.A. holding 1,000,000 ordinary shares representing 4.87% of the issued share capital and UBS AG holding 2.53% of the issued share capital.
