Clean Air Power, the developer of Dual-Fuel™ combustion technology that enables heavy-duty diesel engines to operate on a combination of diesel and natural gas, announces that it has received a notification of change of interest in share capital following the admission to trading of an additional 3,746,761 common shares of US$0.001 in the Company on 15 December 2008.
