The Company has been notified that Mr. Guy Thomas acquired 750,000 ordinary shares of 0.148642 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 7 April 2009. Following the acquisition, Mr Thomas has an interest of 5,700,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.44 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
