The Board of Totally was today informed that, following completion on 27 September 2013 of the previously announced placing of new ordinary shares, Richard Tanner has a beneficial interest in 10,666,667 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company representing 3.36 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
