On 14 December 2010 ZincOx received a TR1 Notification of Major Interests in Shares from The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. on behalf of Goldman Sachs International and Goldman, Sachs and Co., stating that, as at 10 December 2010, there had been an acquisition of voting rights. The situation previous to the triggering transaction was an interest of less than 3% of ZincOx's share capital. The resulting situation after this triggering transaction was a direct holding of 4,740,967 shares in the Company representing the same number of indirect voting rights or 6.09%.
