Notification of Interest(s) in Shares
Pursuant to DTR 5, The Alumasc Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification that AXA S.A. of 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris has acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company's capital, equating to 25,000 voting rights. This takes the holding of AXA S.A. from 5,037,034 ordinary shares and voting rights (13.94% of the voting rights in the Company) to 5,062,034 ordinary shares and voting rights (14.01% of the voting rights in the Company).
AXA S.A. holds its voting rights through the following chain of controlled undertakings:
AXA Investment Managers UK Ltd 5,053,034 13.08%
AXA Rosenberg 10,000 0.03%
