The Company today received notification that Allianz Insurance Plc has crossed the 3 per cent. threshold in the issued share capital of the Company.
As a result of recent transactions Allianz SE has a total notifiable interest in 643,235 ordinary shares of the Company representing 2.63 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Allianz SE is the ultimate holding company of Allianz Insurance Plc, which is a 100 per cent. subsidiary of Allianz Holdings Plc. The shares in Allianz Holdings Plc are held by Allianz UK Limited, which is a 66.7 per cent. owned subsidiary of Allianz Europe Limited. The other 33.3 per cent. of shares in Allianz UK Limited are owned by Allianz Lebensversicherungs GmbH, which is itself an indirect subsidiary of Allianz SE. Allianz Europe is an wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz Europe BV, which itself is a wholely owned subsidiary of Allianz SE.
