The Company announces that, following a purchase of 10,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company on 28 February 2013, Mr M H Dixon now holds a total of 3,620,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 11.01 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company. These shares are held via Rock (Nominees) Limited.
