Cape PLC18 July 2005 Cape PLC ("the Company") Holding in Company Aviva plc, on behalf of Morley Fund Managed Limited, informed the Company on 15July 2005 that they had an interest in 3,050,000 ordinary shares of 25p each inthe Company ("Ordinary Shares"). At the time of the purchases on the 12 July2005 this represented approximately 5.60 per cent. of the Company's issuedordinary share capital.
