TR 1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares
The Company received notice on 25 March 2009 from Standard Life Investments Limited in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5. A disposal of shares on 24 March 2009 gives a total interest of 15,584,643 ordinary shares representing 11.82% of the issued share capital of the Company. The controlled undertaking through which the voting rights are effectively held is Standard Life Investments Limited.
