The Company was informed on 2 June that, following the purchase of 2,423,503 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 22 May 2008, CIM Special Situations Fund Limited now has a total interest in the voting rights of the Company of 24,973,503 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.05 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
