Notice of interest

The Company received notification on 12 May 2008 that, following a disposal on 9 May 2008, Lloyds TSB Group plc, through State Street Nominees Ltd, is interested in 661,845 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company, representing approximately 2.82 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. 

Accordingly, Lloyds TSB Group plc no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
