The Company announces that, on 18 September 2009, it received notification that, following the disposal of 1,150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Guinness Peat Group plc and its subsidiary companies now have a direct interest in 33,043,668 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.68% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
