Notification of Change of Interest
Tracsis confirms that it has received notice that following a disposal of 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 27 June 2012, Partnership Investment Equity Fund ("PIEF") now holds 725,000 ordinary shares, representing 2.94% of the total issued share capital in the Company and 2.94% of the total voting rights in the Company.
Following this transaction PIEF no longer have a notifiable interest in the Company .
