Jelf Group PLC26 March 2007 Monday 26 March 2007 Jelf Group Plc ("Jelf Group" or "the Company") Holdings in Company and Directors Dealings The Company announces today the following changes to the shareholder register on23 and 26 March 2007: Allianz Cornhill Holdings plc has purchased 1,229,800 Ordinary Shares in JelfGroup at 265p. Allianz Cornhill Holdings plc has an initial interest in 5.0% ofthe issued Ordinary share capital of Jelf Group. Aviva plc has purchased 1,250,000 Ordinary Shares in Jelf Group at 265p onbehalf of BNY Norwich Union Nominees Limited. Aviva plc has an initial interestin 5.1% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of Jelf Group. Due to this institutional demand the Chairman, the Deputy Chairman and one ofthe Executive Directors of Jelf Group have agreed to sell some of theirshareholdings. Chris Jelf, Chairman, has sold 1,047,306 Ordinary Shares at a price of 265p. Henow has an interest in 1,926,151 Ordinary Shares representing 7.8% (previously12.1%) of the issued share capital. Chris Jelf remains fully committed tomaintaining a major stake in the business. Michael King, Deputy Chairman, has sold 950,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of265p. He now has an interest in 1,580,008 Ordinary Shares representing 6.4%(previously 10.3%) of the issued share capital. Mr King remains fully committedto maintaining a major stake in the business. Michael Heard, Executive Director, has sold 300,000 Ordinary Shares at a priceof 265p. He now has an interest in 516,037 Ordinary Shares representing 2.1%(previously 3.3%) of the issued share capital.
