Correction of Ennismore Fund Management Limited ("Ennismore") shareholding notification |
|
|
On 28 January 2009, Ennismore acquired 497,500 Somero shares, resulting in an increase of its shareholding in the Company to c.10.5%, thereby triggering the 10% threshold. As a result of this, Ennismore became a substantial shareholder in Somero and a related party for the purposes of the placing of new Somero shares ("New Shares") announced earlier this morning (the "Placing"). Therefore Ennismore should be included in the list of substantial shareholders and related parties in the placing announcement released earlier this morning, disclosing that it had subscribed for 2,838,600 New Shares issued as part of the Placing. |
