Gresham Computing PLC28 September 2005 For immediate release 28 September 2005 Major Interests in Shares Gresham Computing plc ("Gresham" or "the Company") Major Interests in Shares (A) The Company was notified on 28 September 2005 that, as at 27 September 2005,J O Hambro Capital Management Limited has increased its interest to 2,762,500ordinary shares of 5 pence each, representing 5.50% of the outstanding sharecapital of the Company. (B) The Company was notified on 27 September 2005 by J.P. Morgan Chase & Cothat, following a disposal of 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company, the totalnumber of ordinary shares held has been reduced to 5,456,987 representing 10.86%of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
