On 20 February 2014 SpringOwl Asset Management LLC disposed of its indirect interest in respect of voting rights attached to 8,804,863 ordinary shares in the capital of the issuer and, as at the date of this announcement, has an indirect interest in the voting rights attached to 42,850,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the issuer and comprising approximately 5.27% of the voting rights in issue.
